Your Ventray appliance is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Your Ventray juicer’s motor is covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Should your Ventray product have a defect in product material or workmanship within the first year of purchase, Ventray will be happy to arrange to have your original product returned to us, and deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you.

Please follow these instructions to receive faster services
- Note the product model number and serial number. These numbers are usually located on the box of the original packaging of the Ventray Product. If you do not find the serial number, please provide the original purchase receipt.
- Have the original or a copy of the sales receipt ready.
- Contact Ventray, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, let us know which part or what difficulties you are experiencing with our Ventray Product, so we can assist you.
- Ventray may ship the replacement part or contact you with further information regarding the repair of the product and assist you with your return.
Requirements for Returning a Product
- We offer 30-days return from delivery date, the item must be packaged and in original condition (unused, unmarked, and in saleable condition).
- Ventray.com, Amazon verified purchases only: we accept returns of items purchased directly from www.ventray.ca. We do not accept Ventray Branded products purchased from other resellers.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (unused, unmarked, and in saleable condition) and include all accessories, parts, and manuals.
- Damaged Returns: A 20% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged or are missing accessories/parts/manuals
- International Support: if you purchased from Ventray.com but you are residing outside the United States or Canada, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from one of our service centres in the US or Canada.
- Return Approval Process: once your return is received, our service team will inspect the product and based on the requirements listed above. Once approved, we will email and notify you regarding your refund as soon as possible.
- Processing Refunds: a refund will be processed through your original method of payment within 10 business days following return approval.
