Your BabyGrow product is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Should your BabyGrow product have a defect in product material or workmanship within the first year of purchase, BabyGrow will be happy to arrange to have your original product returned to us, and deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you.

Please make sure you register your BabyGrow product as soon as you purchase it.  Register now.

Please follow these instructions to receive faster services

  1. Note the product model number and serial number. These numbers are usually located on the box of the original packaging of the BabyGrow Product. If you do not find the serial number, please provide the original purchase receipt.
  2. Have the original or a copy of the sales receipt ready.
  3. Contact Ventray, email us at ventrayusa@ventmere.zendesk.com, let us know which part or what difficulties you are experiencing with our BabyGrow Product, so we can assist you.
  4. BabyGrow may ship the replacement part or contact you with further information regarding the repair of the product and assist you with your return.

Requirements for Returning a Product

  1. We offer 14-days return from delivery date, the item must be packaged and in original condition (unused, unmarked, and in saleable condition).
  2. Ventray.com, Amazon verified purchases only: we accept returns of items purchased directly from www.ventray.com. We do not accept BabyGrow Branded products purchased from other resellers.
  3. Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (unused, unmarked, and in saleable condition) and include all accessories, parts, and manuals.
  4. Damaged Returns: A 20% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged or are missing accessories/parts/manuals
  5. International Support: if you purchased from Ventray.com but you are residing outside the United States or Canada, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from one of our service centres in the US or Canada.

Refunds

  1. Return Approval Process: once your return is received, our service team will inspect the product and based on the requirements listed above. Once approved, we will email and notify you regarding your refund as soon as possible.
  2. Processing Refunds: a refund will be processed through your original method of payment within 10 business days following return approval.
