Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If a product is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize about these unforeseen events which beyond our control. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours upon receipt to report the damages.
This warranty policy applies to Ventray products used strictly for non-commercial purposes. The warranty is valid for consumers who use the product solely for personal, household, or non-commercial use. Commercial use of the product is explicitly excluded from this warranty. Any usage of the product in a commercial setting or for financial gain, including but not limited to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, pastry shops, bars, beverage establishments, community or domestic kitchens, food trucks, hotels, hospitality, or any other business environment, renders the warranty null and void.
Your Ventray product is covered by a one (1)-year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Your Ventray juicer’s motor is covered by a five (5)-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Should your Ventray product have a defect in product material or workmanship within the first year of purchase, Ventray will be happy to arrange to have your original product returned to us, and deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you.

When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the original purchase receipt and serial number. The serial number is usually located on the box of the original packaging of the Ventray Product. Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any details for further assistance and instruction.
Warranty - Ventray Certified Refurbished Products
Your certified refurbished Ventray product motor is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years (24-months) from the date of purchase. Proven defective products will be exchanged for a refurbished Ventray product, as determined by Ventray, or the authorized service provider.
This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect relative to refurbished Ventray products. Any other warranties, either expressed or implied, are invalid. Neither Ventray nor any authorized Ventray reseller is responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the use of Ventray products. Ventray’s obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction of failure as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, use with faulty or improper equipment or the use of with any equipment for which they were not intended. This warranty will not cover any consequences, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the loss of life, profit, and any other losses resulting from the sales, installation or use of the product.

If a product purchased from Ventray.com does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be packaged and in original condition (unused, unmarked, and in saleable condition). Any opened and/or used items are not eligible for return except for product defects.
Please note that Ventray offer warranty service to our customers who require help with their products
- For all returns, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns with not be accepted without an RMA number.
- All returned products must be accompanied by all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals. Missing contents will result in a reduced credit amount.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges except for product defects or a shipping error on our part.
- Damaged Returns - Please ensure that your return item is properly packaged, secured to prevent any damage during transit. Please use original packaging or a sturdy box with proper padding and sealing before sending out the return package. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged or are missing accessories/parts/manuals.
* All Ventray accessories, BabyGrow products and refurbished products are final sale (no returns).
* For items not purchased directly from Ventray.com, please contact the vendor you purchased from for their return policies.
- Once your return is received, our service team will inspect the product and based on the requirements listed above. Once approved, we will email and notify you regarding your refund as soon as possible.
- A refund will be processed through your original method of payment within 10 business days following return approval.
